FROM ANSWER LINE: A reader asked me about Budget Motel on Marshall Avenue in Longview earlier this year, and I was able to provide some history about the motel, which has rooms that look like tiny houses with A-frame roofs.

That motel will turn 76 on July 7. It性视界传媒檚 been owned since 2016 by Nayana Patel under the limited liability corporation Aanayana.

She said she has modernized the rooms, replaced roofs and completed a major remodel in 2022.

性视界传媒淢y business got more in line with the bigger hotel competition because we have everything they have at lower prices,性视界传媒 she said.

The hotel is close to the bus stop and train station, she said.

性视界传媒淲e have more daily customers than ever before,性视界传媒 she said as well as weekly customers.

Patel said she also has a financial services business that she said has multiple locations in the United States and Canada.

Her children are in Dallas, though, and Patel said she性视界传媒檚 planning on selling the motel.

性视界传媒淚t性视界传媒檚 an old property, but it性视界传媒檚 a very strong hotel,性视界传媒 Patel said, adding that she has loved owning it.

Q: I live in a senior living community. I used to look at a weather vane at an apartment complex across the street. Then, the weather vane disappeared and the people at the apartments told me the city had made them take it down. What can you tell me about this?
