IDAHO, USA ÐÔÊӽ紫ý” U.S. Marshals have called off the search for Travis Decker in the Sawtooth National Forest in Idaho.
According to a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service, on Wednesday afternoon, the Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force located a man in the who multiple witnesses believed to be Decker.
Marshals said the man matched DeckerÐÔÊӽ紫ý™s height, build, and general appearance, including dark features, a beard, and tattoos on his arm and calf. However, after interviewing the cooperative individual, investigators confirmed he had been hiking in the Bear Creek area over the weekend and was not Decker.
As a result, marshals have stopped searching for Decker in the Sawtooth National Forest and have begun demobilizing their resources.
