CAPIAS: On June 27 a deputy conducted a warrant service on David Wilkinson, 63. Wilkinson had a Circuit Court capias in Cocke County. Once the County Jail had the hard copy in hand, the deputy made contact with Wilkinson and placed him under arrest. Wilkinson was transported to jail and the deputy served the warrant on Wilkinson at that time.
