Mendy Rabicoff性视界传媒檚 grandfather, Harry Sobol, started the business in 1936 in Kilgore after being loomed to the area by the oil boom. The Rabicoffs took over the business in 1971. Their third-generation business sold to a third-generation customer.

性视界传媒淚 wanted to sell the business because of our age,性视界传媒 said Mendy Rabicoff, as he and his wife are in their 80s. He性视界传媒檚 also had some health issues. It was time to do something else, he said, and he had the opportunity to sell to someone he knew very well.

Jason Ainsworth性视界传媒檚 grandfather William Ainswroth Sr. was one of the Rabicoffs性视界传媒 first customers, followed by William Jr., Ainsworth性视界传媒檚 father, and then Jason. They were all welders.

性视界传媒淚t性视界传媒檚 a good deal for the community; it性视界传媒檚 a good deal for me; and it性视界传媒檚 a very good deal to them,性视界传媒 Mendy said of the Ainsworths.

Natalie Rabicoff said operating the business has been 性视界传媒渓ike another family.

性视界传媒淚性视界传媒檓 going to miss the employees and the customers, and I think the customers will miss us.性视界传媒

Jason Ainsworth had been interested buying Sobol Welding Supply because they knew about the business and had experience with the products. They性视界传媒檒l keep the same name for the business and the employees as well.

They plan to modernize the business性视界传媒 operations, including establishing a website and social media presence. Delivery trucks are a possibility as well, Ainsworth said.
