Gilmer性视界传媒檚 Alexis Kemp earned Most Valuable Player honors with the release of the District 16-4A All-District Softball Team for the 2025 season.
Kemp hit .273 for the Lady Buckeyes with a home run, triple, five doubles, 19 RBI, 33 runs scored and eight stolen bases. In the pitcher性视界传媒檚 circle she had a 1.61 earned run average, 185 strikeouts and 35 walks in 144.2 innings pitched.
Other superlatives went to Carthage性视界传媒檚 Jaleah Williams (Offensive MVP), Gilmer性视界传媒檚 Brie Jones (Defensive MVP), Spring Hill性视界传媒檚 Peyton Dees (Newcomer of the Year), Carthage性视界传媒檚 Callie Lancaster and Brooklyn Rushing (Co-Freshmen of the Year), Henderson性视界传媒檚 Chloe Ellis (Pitcher of the Year), Henderson性视界传媒檚 K.K. Brooks and Gilmer性视界传媒檚 Kennedy Jordan (Co-Catchers of the Year) and the Henderson coaching staff.
