QUESTION: I went to the city of Longview性视界传媒檚 compost site to get some mulch and was told there wouldn性视界传媒檛 be any available this year. What happened?

ANSWER: I think there must have been a misunderstanding. Compost will be available mid-year.

Kim Wallacce, city of Longview sanitation manager, said the city ran out of compost early in the year.

性视界传媒淲e began chipping at the (compost site) about two months ago,性视界传媒 Wallace said in an email.

Now, there are rows of compost in the process of curing.

性视界传媒淚t takes months for the compost to fully cure and be ready to be given out to the public,性视界传媒 Wallace said. 性视界传媒淲hile some residents ask for it regardless of the curing process, I wouldn性视界传媒檛 recommend it because it will grow seeds in a yard or flower bed. With all of that being said, the compost should be available around July.性视界传媒
